The Blog ‘Work on the Road’ is the Road Safety and Maintenance Information Network. It allows people who work in this sector the possibility to publicly question ideas and suggest new improved ways to work. Thanks to the improved communication between Road Maintenance Organisations it is now possible to save costs and working time. The person behind this brilliant idea is Dr. Paolo Montagner, Chief Director of the Road Maintenance Department of the Autonomous Province SouthTirol. Special thanks go to the Councillor of Public Constructions Dr Florian Mussner, the Councillor Dr. Hans Berger and the Chief Director of the Department for Informatics Dr. Kurt Pöhl for who without their help this could not be possible.
